We sit down with you for the rest, the questions your customers ask most, how your team answers them, what you’d want captured from every enquiry, the booking system you run, the voice your business speaks in. The more we understand, the better Superstrate becomes, so we take it all in.

We connect it to your booking system.

Superstrate works with the booking, practice, or CRM software you already use. Where it can complete a booking for you, it does, straight into the system your team works from. Where it can’t, it takes the customer to your booking page to finish the last step. You keep working exactly as you do today.

We tune it with you over the first two months.

In the early going, we work alongside one point of contact at your business to shape how it answers and how it sells, until it represents you exactly as you’d want. After that, it’s yours to run, with a simple dashboard to make changes whenever you like, and us keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

This only works when it works for both of us, so before anything begins, we’ll look at your business honestly, your website, your industry, the way your customers find you, and tell you plainly whether Superstrate can make a real difference for you. If it’s not right for you, we’d rather say so than have you pay for something that won’t pay you back.

Privacy

Privacy isn’t a setting. It’s how Superstrate is built.

The businesses we work with hold some of the most sensitive information their customers ever share. So Superstrate was built, from the ground up, to protect it. We’re compliant with the Privacy Act and all thirteen Australian Privacy Principles, and privacy is part of how the system works, not a policy added on top.

Everything stays in Australia. We run our service and our LLMs within Google Cloud and AWS, on their Australian infrastructure. Your data, and your customers’ data, is stored and processed entirely within the country, including the AI that powers every conversation. And before anything reaches that AI, we remove every piece of personally identifying information first, so even the models we use never see who your customers are. Nothing is sent offshore.

There is one exception, and we’ll always be upfront about it. To turn speech into text and back again, we work with ElevenLabs, a specialist whose quality and privacy standards match our own, and the kind we couldn’t find here in Australia. Their processing takes place outside the country. The only thing ever sent to them is the audio of the spoken conversation, and it is processed and discarded, never stored. The same protection applies here: every piece of personally identifying information, names, phone numbers, email addresses, addresses, is removed before anything leaves our systems. So while the words of a conversation may be processed elsewhere, nothing that could identify the person ever leaves Australia.

Why we built Superstrate

Superstrate began the way the best products do, from people solving their own problem.

We’ve worked at the meeting point of marketing and technology for years, since before AI became the thing everyone talks about. As marketers, we kept running into the same walls, work that was slower and more manual than it should be. So rather than wait for the right tools, we built our own, and over time those separate pieces began to point at something larger: one product that could do for any business what we had been building for ourselves.

We were paying attention while a lot of this changed, closer than most, because it was our work to notice. We could feel the ground moving under the things we did every day, and it was clear, to us at least, that it wasn’t a passing trend. So we made a choice. We took what we’d learned, and built for what was coming.

We brought together the right people and built it carefully, mindful of the trust a business places in us when it hands over its work and its customers. We didn’t want to make something just to sell. We wanted it to be genuinely worth it for the businesses using it, and with that in mind, we kept building.
